He

by George Hanlon and ridden by Peter Cook, his main claim
to fame was his easy win in the 1984 Melbourne
Cup in the time of 3.18.9.
His
other man wins were in the 1984 Benalla Cup and a Flemington
win in the 1983 Lord Mayors Plate.
He
died in 2002 after spending a lot of his later years of
life as a police horse in Victoria
