Racehorse Bounty Hawk was by Balmerino from the mare, Marie's Daughter and was foaled in 1980.

Trained by Bart Cummings he was the winner of Group 1 races like the VRC Derby, the WATC Derby, the Underwood Stakes and the Mackinnon Stakes.

He ran second in the Caulfield Cup in 1984

Bounty Hawk died in 1993.
