Butternut racehorse Moonee Valley Cup winner

Racehorse Butternut was foaled in 1981 and was by Palatable out of Fair Orbit (by Orbiter) and bred by Mrs R Register and trained by Bart Cummings.

A handy middle distance performer, his main win was in the 1985 Moonee Valley Cup at very long odds - one of the few mares to have won this race.
