City
Certs horse racing system
This system is designed to try to identify
the best chance between highly fancied horses in the same race. In
this case we have
restricted it to the top two in betting. Appears to work best on city
tracks.
THE RULES:
1. The only possible selection is either the favourite or equal favourite
in any one race
2. To be a betting proposition, its points total from the following
criteria should be at least 220
3. Better than $2.00 (1/1) in the betting: 40 points
4. Won at today’s distance: 40 points
5. Must have a win strike rate of at least 20%: 40 points
6. Only a selection if last start winner or finished within 2 lengths
of the winner: 50 points
7. Last start within the last 14 days: 50 points
8. Last start within 21 days: 20 points
9. Winner on today’s track condition: 50 points
10. Staying the same weight or rising less than 2.5 kgs: 40 points
TEST RESULTS: Tested over about seven months, there were 64 winners
from 169 selections with an average price of $3.25 (9/4) and the longest
losing sequence 8 and another of 7.
(Warning: The test results are just that
– test results – and are published for your interest.
They should not in any way be considered a future
performance indicator or a guide to any profits that may or may not
be made using these criteria. Racing is not that predictable.)
