who have given permission for use of their material. Some of the historic
material on the site is impossible to trace with regard to finding
anyone who may have copyright of such material.

on the RaceRate web site in such a way that constitutes an infringement
of copyright, or a breach of an agreed licence or contract, you can
notify us in writing in order that we may act appropriately and remove
