1) Eliminate any
horse that didn't finish second at its last start
2) Eliminate any horse ridden by an apprentice unless that apprentice
is in the top 8 on the premiership ladder in their State or top 3
of the track premiership
for the season
3) Eliminate any horse not between $5.00 and $26.00 in the betting
4) Eliminate any horse carrying more than 6 kilograms over the minimum
(unless a WFA or set weight race)
5) If more than one contender, the selection is the one with the best
win strike rate
