Double Placers horse racing system

 

 

THE RULES:

1) Use this on any race except Maidens


2) Eliminate any horse that didn't run in the first, second or third at least twice in their last three starts


3) Eliminate any horse that didn't finish within 3 lengths from the winner twice in those three starts


4) From the remaining contenders, back the shortest in the market
