Family Of ManFamily Of Man was a champion horse in the 1970's decade. He was foaled in 1973 by Lots Of Man out of the Australian mare Colleen.

His wins included the 1976 WATC Australian Derby, the 1976 WATC Marlboro "50,000". the 1977 House of Windsor Stakes, the 1977 Cox Plate, 1977 Alister Clark Stakes, 1977 Caulfield Stakes, 1978 William Reid Stakes, 1978 George Adams Stakes, 1978 Craiglee Stakes, 1978 Mackinnon Stakes, and the 1978 WATC Marlboro "50,000".

In his career Family Of Man had 52 starts for 19 wins, 10 seconds and 8 thirds and earned $549,090 in prize money.

He was trained by George Hanlon who rated Family Of Man as the best horse he had trained, just ahead of Lawman.

At stud he sired 219 offspring to race resulting in 118 winners (53% strike rate), 6 stakes winners and six stake placed runners with progeny earnings of $3.8 million.

Some of his more famous offspring included Ima Red Man, Grey Man, Ableson, Mann Of Vann, Speed Check, Denver Dame and Sonic Express.
