THE RULES

1) Bet on any race

2) Eliminate any horse that didn't finish in the first four placings last start

3) Eliminate any horse that hasn't run in the last nine days

4) Eliminate any horse that was beaten by more than 3.25 lengths last start

5) Eliminate any horse carrying MORE weight today than last start

6) Back any contenders that are left each way, PROVIDED they are more than $14
