Method 101 horse racing system

THE RULES

1) Do not use this system on WFA or Set Weight races - any other handicap is fine

2) Eliminate any horse carrying more than 3.5 kgs over the limit (after allowances)

3) Eliminate any horse whose last two starts do not read as 11, 12, 13, 22, 31 or 21 Note: there must not be a spell between the last two starts

4) The selection is the remaining contender whose price is the shortest with 10 minutes to go in the betting

Note: Do not bet if the horse is showing longer than $13
