THE RULES:
Rule 1: Only consider
1200 to 1400 city track races either class 4 or 0-72 and BETTER
Rule 2: Only consider
the top weight - if dual or more top weights discard the race
Rule 3: To remain
a bet, it must be first or second favourite and have run first second
or third at its last start
