Outsiders horse racing system

THE RULES:

1) Use this on any race

2) Eliminate any horse that hasn't started in the last 14 days

3) Eliminate any horse that didn't run in the first four at least once in their last four starts

4) Eliminate any horse that didn't finish within 3 and a half lengths from the winner last start

5) Eliminate any runner going up in weight (pre allowances) from their last start

6) From the remaining contenders, back any more than $11 with three minutes to go in the betting (up to three maximum)
