Price Sensitive horse racing system

THE RULES

1) With 3 minutes to go in the betting, eliminate EVERY horse NOT priced between $3 and $13

2) Eliminate any horse going up in weight from its last start (after allowances)

3) Eliminate any horse whose last start was more than 14 days ago

4) Eliminate any horse beaten by more than 2 lengths at its last start (winners okay)

5) If more than one contender remains, pass the race (there'll always be another)
