heart and deep pockets.

THE RULES:
1. Any selection must be showing better
than $11 (10/1) in today’s race
2. It must have run worse than 5th last start
3. It must have won at its second last start
4. It must have been less than $7.00 (6/1) at its most recent start
TEST RESULTS:
Tested over about five months, there were only 7 winners from 59 selections
but the average price was $21.00 (20/1) with the longest losing sequence
14. Not for the faint hearted! Longest priced winner was $41 (40/1).
