This system is for selecting long priced winners at city tracks and is really for the gambler who has a strong heart and deep pockets.

THE RULES:

1. Any selection must be showing better than $11 (10/1) in today’s race

2. It must have run worse than 5th last start

3. It must have won at its second last start

4. It must have been less than $7.00 (6/1) at its most recent start

** We have not tested this system and as such have no idea about any outcomes. Test on paper first (and second AND third)
