Starters To Barriers horse racing system

THE RULES

1) Consider only those runners drawn in the inside third of the barriers

e.g.

# of starters	Consider these barriers
6 to 8	1,2
9 to 11	1,2,3
12 to 14	1,2,3,4
15 to 17	1,2,3,4,5

2) Eliminate any horse that has not won at the distance (+ or - 100 metres)

3) Eliminate any horse that did not win or run a place at its last start

4) If more than one contender, take the one with the best jockey (in your opinion)
