Top Three Only free horse racing system

THE RULES


1) Eliminate any horse that does not have a win strike rate of 25% or more and a place strike rate of at least 50%

2) Eliminate any horse that is not top weight or equal top weight but must not be carrying more than 6.5 kgs above the minimum weighted horse

3) Eliminate any horse that is not in the first three of betting with 5 minutes to go

4) Eliminate any horse not being ridden by a top 3 jockey ( either in Metro, Provincial or Country premierships or in the individual track's premiership)
