really qualify for this seemingly simple plan which is probably best
used on the provincial and
country tracks.
THE RULES:
1. Only possible contenders are those
that were last start winners that won by a MINIMUM of 2 lengths
2. If more than one horse in the race qualifies, there is no bet
TEST RESULTS: Tested over about four
months in just one State, there were 7 winners from only 17 selections
at an average price of just $6.00
