THE RULES:
Rule 1: Only consider
open class races or welters at city tracks
Rule 2: Only consider
the top weight (s)
Rule 3: Eliminate
it if it hasn’t won within 100 metres of the distance of today’s
race
Rule 4: Eliminate
it if it hasn’t got a win strike rate of at least 25%
Rule 5: Eliminate
any contender that hasn’t won or placed in its last 5 starts

may be.
