Topper Stopper horse racing system

This system is an oldie but a goodie and eliminates betting on short priced favourites (which are the road to perdition and damnation!)

THE RULES:

1. Selection must be top weight

2. Selection must be last start winner

3. Price of selection must be better than $3.50 (5/2)

4. To be a final contender, the horse must have started within the last ten days

5. Eliminate any race that does not have a maximum of 13 runners

TEST RESULTS: Research on this system over a ten year period seems to indicate a consistent profit from one year to the next but try it out on paper first before investing real money on it.
