True Favourites free horse racing system

THE RULES

1) Eliminate any horse that has not had at least five starts

2) Eliminate any horse that does not have a win strike rate of 20%

3) Eliminate any horse that has not run in the first four at its last start

4) Eliminate any horse that hasn't started in the last 21 days

5) Eliminate any horse that hasn't won within 100 metres of today's distance

6) Eliminate any horse drawn wider than 9 after scratchings

7) Eliminate any horse that has won its last three starts

8) Eliminate any horse being ridden by a 3kg claiming apprentice

9) Eliminate any horse showing less than $2.90 with 5 minutes to go in the betting
