Upper Limits free horse racing system

This system was designed for use on city tracks with a very restrictive selection criteria that looked for value bets rather than short priced horses.

THE RULES:

1. Only consider horses on the first four LEVELS of allocated weight

2. Ignore races for two year olds

3. Ignore any race not between 1600 metres and 2000 metres

4. Ignore any horse that did not finish in the first three at its last start which MUST have been on a city track

5. Eliminate any horse showing more than $11.00 (10/1)

TEST RESULTS: Tested over about eight months in just one State, there were 12 winners from 40 selections with an average price of $4.50 (7/2)
and the longest losing sequence 7.

(Warning: The test results are just that – test results – and are published for your interest. They should not in any way be considered a future performance indicator or a guide to any profits that may or may not be made using these criteria. Racing is not that predictable.)
