Better Class Free Horse Racing System

THE RULES

1) Bet only in races Class 6 (0 - 89) or better

2) Eliminate every horse that hasn't started in the previous 21 days

3) Eliminate any horse that has not had at least 5 starts since a spell

4) Eliminate any female horse running against male horses

5) Eliminate any horse aged 8 or older

6) Total the starting prices for the last three runs of remaining contenders and eliminate any whose total is greater than 13

7) If more than one contender remains, the selection is the one with the most wins in the last five starts
