There
are 20 rules to this system but it is quite easy and not
excessively time consuming to use.

works on metropolitan and provincial and country tracks
and we have noticed no good or heavy track bias throughout
the testing period - all tracks, all conditions.
There
are two sections to the rules - one which eliminates all
but the final contenders at scratching time.
The is a final optional "price" rule that comes
in to play every now and then which fine tunes the system
in the last five minutes of betting.
This rule will improve your strike rate but not dramatically
increase or decrease your profit on turnover so you could
make your final selections at scratching time and then "set
and forget" - that choice would be up to you.
