1) Use this ONLY on metropolitan
meetings that are being run on a Saturday or public holiday
2) Do not use this system on days where the track is slow or heavy
3) Eliminate any race with 12 or more starters
4) Eliminate any horse that is carrying more than 58 kgs after allowances
5) Eliminate any horse whose last three starts are 1 1 1
6) Eliminate any horse whose last start was more than 28 days ago
7) Eliminate any horse being ridden by an apprentice except where
that apprentice rode it to a win at its last start
8) Eliminate any horse who was unplaced at it's last start unless
it finished less than 3.5 lengths from the winner
9) Eliminate any horse whose win strike rate is less than 20%
10) Eliminate any horse older than 7
11) Eliminate any horse that has not won at the distance - allow 50
metres short or 100 metres long for races up to 1600 metres and 100
metres short and 250 metres long for distances greater than 1600 metres
