THE RULES:

1. Identify the race with the fewest number of runners after morning scratchings

2. If two or more races have the same lowest number of runners after scratchings, bet in each race

3. Check the winning stats for each jockey at the track

4. Selection is the horse ridden by the jockey with the most wins this season at the track (Info available reacemet.com)

5. If two jockeys in the race have ridden the same number of winners this season at this track, there is no bet

6. Late scratchings do not effect the selections

7. Applies equally to flat, hurdle and steeple races
