THE RULES:

1) Use this plan only in mares races

2) Only contender is the top weight (or equal)

3) It must be favourite - if not, pass the race

4) It must be a last start winner - if not, pass the race

5) It must be drawn barriers 1 through 5 - if not, pass the race

6) It must be priced less than $5.10 - if not, pass the race
