system
THE RULES:
1) Consider only
Welters and Open Handicaps
2) Consider only horses on the top 6 lines of weight
3) Consider only horses that have improved 3 or more placings from
their second last start that have finished in the first four at their
last start
4) Only bet on any contender left that is showing better than $9 with
3 minutes to go in the betting
Note well: We
have not tested this system. We have no idea what the financial outcomes
may be.
